  Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport:
  Take Interstate I-95 South to Ives Dairy Road exit. Go East on the exit to Biscayne Blvd. Turn right on Biscayne Blvd. (Southbound) to the William Lehman Causeway (856 East) take a left. (keeping in the middle lane). At end of causeway turn left and hotel is immediately on the right side. Pull up to the driveway and a valet will assist you with parking.
• Miami International Airport:
  Take Interstate I-395 East towards Miami Beach. When you reach Interstate I-95 take it North to Miami Gardens Drive. Go east on Miami Gardens Drive to Biscayne Boulevard. Turn left on Biscayne Boulevard to the William Lehman Causeway. Turn right onto William Lehman Causeway to Collins Avenue. Turn left on Collins Avenue, hotel is on the immediate right.

Condo rental rates 2013/2014:

Rate: $83 to $125 per night (Price Varies By Season And/Or Holidays)

Registration fees $ 100

Cleaning after departure $ 50

Please add 13% taxes for local taxes

Please note: Reservation is not completed until deposit is made.

Check in: 4:00 p.m.
                        Check out: 11:00 a.m. 

To book the condo, you are required to put a 25 % deposit; which will then go towards your total balance (NB: this is Not a security deposit). 

All remaining balances must be cleared at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival at the apartment.  

Methods of payment include: Paypal,Visa, Mastercard, American express, Money Order, Cashiers Check. 

Cancellation Policy:Strict: 50% refund up until 4 weeks prior to arrival, except fees.
