Vacation Rental Description

Location, Location, Location!!!  Sit on the balcony and watch the 
waves crash onto the beach.  Walk down the beach to the Tiki Hut- 
THE one and only beach bar where all the locals hang out, have a 
drink, listen to live bands daily and play volleyball.  Head to 
world famous Poolbar Jim's where you can sample some of the best 
frozen drinks anywhere...

Once you get to the condo, you don't need a car!  Cologiny Plaza is 
the hub and center of activity on the island for the summer and you 
are!  Stroll to dozens of the best restaurants, bars and shops along 
with a grocery store, coffee shops, bike rentals and just about 
anything else you want.    

Our one bedroom, one bath villa is a great beach getaway for couples 
looking for a place to relax and recharge. You can also share the 
unit with another couple since there is a fold out Queen sized couch 
in the living room plus two bunk beds for the kids so a total of 6 
can sleep comfortably.

As you will find, this villa is the most inexpensive Hilton Head 
getaway directly on the beach! We can accommodate your rental needs 
via phone or E-mail, even at the last minute.  Come visit one of the 
best vacation spots on beautiful Hilton Head Island: South Forest 
Beach. You're sure to feel the same way, once you visit this great 
vacation spot!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Seaside Villas feature two beautiful pools, a oceanfront sundeck, 
elevators, laundry facilities, and private parking. The Villa is 
beautifully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen so you can cook 
all your meals instead of eating out all the time.  In addition, 
there are outdoor grills provided in case you want to grill your 
favorite steak, burgers, etc.

All the comforts of home...newly renovated! The bedroom features a 
queen-size bed, and the living room includes a pull-out sofa bed. 
The villa has been remodeled and updated, with pergo flooring 
throughout, great furnishings and decorations, new kitchen 
appliances, and new air conditioning. 

You'll enjoy all the great restaurants on Hilton Head Island, but if 
you decide to cook in, our villa kitchen area includes everything 
you'll need to prepare your family's favorite meals. There is a TV, 
Stero and a DVD player for your enjoyment. If you are looking for a 
clean, well maintained, vacation rental, our is in in excellent 
condition. Some of the renovations include, ceramic tiled deck, new 
kitchen cabinets, counter tops, appliances including dishwasher and 
new furnishings with a nautical theme.

Activities and Attractions

Sea Side features a gated parking area with limited under-building 
parking. There are outdoor grills and picnic tables available for 
guests' use. 

Biking, golf, tennis, miniature golf, fishing, 
horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, sightseeing, 
swimming, boating, sailing, waterskiing, surfing, parasailing, jet 
skiing, shelling. 

Beach chairs and umbrellas, along with kayaks, sailboats, and beach 
bikes are all available right at the beach during the summer. The 
Holiday Inn (just north of Seaside Villas) operates the Tiki Hut, a 
walk-up beach side restaurant for snacks at the beach. 

There's lots of events during the summer on the island including 
weekly fireworks and outdoor entertainment for kids at Coligny 
Market Place.  Of course, Hilton Head has some of the finest 
restaurants around. All of this is convenient to Seaside Villas and 
South Forest Beach.

Apr 21 - June 8: $600 / week  
June 9 - Aug 10: $750 / week  
Aug 11 - Sep 7:  $650 / week  
Sep 8 - Dec 31:  $450 - $700 / week
