Our beautiful cottage has the charm of the old combined with the convenience of the new. There are no stairs, it is all flat and easy to "navigate." It features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, and two smaller bedrooms both have queen beds. And, for those extra guests, there is also a queen size air mattress. The sea-colored, white-tiled living room has a comfortable sectional, 40" LCD TV, blu-ray player, landline with free local and domestic long distance calls and free wireless internet! There are granite countertops and stainless steel sinks in the kitchen and the whitewashed cabinets contain all the dishes and utensils you might need. All new appliances also include a full size washer and dryer, located in the laundry room.  

The cottage is located at the very quiet Lagoon Village in the heart of Gulf Shores, close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and the best shopping in the area!  Perfect for retirees or families!  For those inclined to boating and fishing, the public boat ramp with all facilities is only 200 yards away.  Plus, there’s ample space to park a boat or several cars, or a large vehicle right next to the house, which sits on an acre of land.  Also, one of the famed Alabama golf courses is just a walking distance away.
