Vacation Rental Description

A Courtyard villa close to Nancy Lopez Golf Course Vacation Rental in 
The Villages, Florida (Located Between Nancy Lopez and Glenview 
Championship Golf Courses)
	
	Our 2 bedroom/2 bath courtyard villa located in The Villages 
was built in Dec. 2001 and furnished with care. We want this to be 
your home away from home. The dining area, with table and  four 
chairs, has a sliding glass door that opens onto the private side 
patio where the BBQ grill is located. The florida room, with a desk 
and hide-a-bed, opens via a sliding glass door to the large rear 
patio that contains a gazebo with a table and chairs for six  where 
you may dine outside or just relax. Additional table, chairs, 
umbrella and a  chaise lounge are also located in this area. The 
living room features a sofa and love seat. The entertainment center 
contains a large color TV, DVD, and CD mini stereo system. The master 
bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser/mirror along with two night 
stands. There is also a color TV, private bathroom and a walk-in 
closet. The guest  bedroom contains a double size bed and chest of 
drawers along with two night stands. The guest bath has a tub/shower 
combination. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, a large 
refrigerator/freezer, gas range, dishwasher, built in microwave, 
waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener. 
Cooking equipment, dishes, silverware and glasses are also provided. 
There is a telephone with an answering machine. The garage houses a 
large washer and separate large dryer and is large enough for a car 
and golf cart. We hope you will find our home as comfortable and 
pleasing as we do. All you need to pack are your toothbrushes and 
golf clubs! 

	The Villages is a golf cart adult gated community offering a 
variety of amenities including: 18 Executive golf courses, 9 
Championship golf courses, tennis courts, bocce ball, swimming pools, 
concerts, plays, horseshoes, darts, five softball fields and polo 
field. There are 29 Recreation Centers. Everything is within easy 
reach by car or golf cart. The list seems to be endless. 
Participate in as much or as little as you want. The nine hole 
Executive Courses can be played FREE OF CHARGE when you show your 
Renter's passes (resident ID cards) which are issued to the two main 
renters of our property. The Villages Handbook link below provides 
additional information on the recreation facilities.

	The Villages has nine Country Clubs, each with its own 
restaurant. There are several banks, a new hospital and medical 
facilities. The Villages even has its own brewery, community TV, 
radio station, local newspaper, a Fitness Center,  two 36 lane 
bowling alleys, many good restaurants, two movie theaters and many 
unique shops. There is free entertainment every evening in both Town 
Squares along with Happy Hour. Several national stores are adjacent 
to The Villages for additional shopping.

	Located in central Florida, it is an easy drive to Disney 
World, the Gulf and the Atlantic Coast and the Kennedy Space Center.

A $50 fee for light cleaning and $50 for transfer cost of resident ID 
cards for two is required. ID cards are needed for Village amenities, 
free golf on the Executive 9 hole courses and a discount on the nine 
Championship courses. If you are not interested in golf, a guest ID 
for two is available at no cost. The rental rate includes all 
utilities, basic cable TV, trash collection Monday and Thursday AM, 
and a local phone. Yard waste pickup Wednesday AM. 

Security Deposit Information: $500 required at booking, refundable 
upon satisfactory inspection.
