This spacious 4000 sq ft private home is located in the Estates area of Marco Island on a quiet cul-de-sac. Desirable Southern end location on a bay with wide water views and quick direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Home features large sunning deck with lounge chairs and dock for fishing and 12,000 lb. boat lift. Western exposure for spectacular sunsets and sun on the pool almost all day long. Dolphins play in the back bay almost daily.

Lots of upscale amenities include granite kitchen counters, fully appointed kitchen, Billiards Table, large heated pool and spa under screened lanai with propane grill. Six TV's with High Speed Internet, WIFI, free local and long distance (US). Open floor plan allows your guests to interact from every room, yet offers plenty of room for privacy.

Home features, Master King Suite, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, second King size bedroom and one large bedroom with 2 full size beds.

Beds: 2K, 2Q, 2F plus Pack N Play. Washer/Dryer, Dock with boat lift, Cable/WIFI, Billiards Table, Kayak, 2 adult bikes. Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils. Screened lanai has large deck, pool and spa, outdoor dining seats 10 and propane grill.

Pack light!  We supply hotel soap, shampoo/conditioner and coffee for your first day. All you have to do is walk in the door, change into your suit and watch the sunset from the lanai. You never have to leave the house, but if you venture out, you can charter a fishing boat, go on a sunset cruise or go shelling, go on a jet ski tour of the Everglades, shop in downtown naples or the outlet malls. Spend a day on the white powder sand beaches of Marco Island. Lots of restaurants on the island from family friendly to gourmet.

Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Extra days may be added based on availability. Add 10% Florida Tax and $250 departure cleaning fee.
