All bedrooms have walk in closets plus the loft has a sofa bed and becomes a "fourth bedroom" for additional seating/sleeping and T.V. viewing. There is a large covered deck with table and cushioned seating , beautiful completely equipped island kitchen with all necessary utensils, outdoor gas grill, satellite tv with premium channels, dvd/vhs systems (3 T.V.'s total throughout) - all the amenities you would expect for your luxury vacation even ping pong, foosball and exercise equipment in our full size basement. Close to all Western North Carolina , Smoky Mountains and Waynesville amenities, plus "golf at 6 great courses ", trout fishing, shopping, white water rafting, waterfall viewing, gambling at nearby Harrahs Casino in Cherokee, gem mining, tubing, white water rafting, hiking, biking, canoeing, horse back riding, antiquing, exploring the Biltmore Estate in Asheville or do nothing if that's what you want and just watch the beautiful ever changing scenery around Waynesville and the Smoky Mountains from the comfortable padded chairs and rockers on our covered deck.

$750 to $1150 per week. 3 night weekend, if available, $475
An additional $100 per person over 6 people may apply. Maximum 8 people.Reservations generally 30 days in advance, however special exceptions can be made, if openings are available. All rates are subject to additional N.C. State and County sales and occupancy taxes One week minimum stay preferred; Saturday to Saturday; check in at 3PM on day of arrival, check out at 10AM on departure date. Half of rental fee is due within 10-days of confirmed reservation with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. PAYPAL now available. Personal checks are accepted and cashier's  check or PAYPAL required on reservations of less than 30 days notice.To reserve your time frame a 50 percent deposit of the total amount due is required within 10 days of your confirmed reservation. The rental fee will now include a renter's insurance policy for your stay instead of requiring a security deposit. This will cover any damages to the property up to $1500. Any other damages will be the responsibility of the renter.

Full refund for reservations of 7 days or less with 60 days notice. 

A forfeiture of deposit of rentals longer than 7 days with 60 days notice if a replacement rental is not obtained.
