This was a beatiful condo. Looks just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked which was perfect as we cooked in every day. The only things that would have been nice, were a non glass cutting board and non serated knives. They had one small paring knife and we bought our own cutting board. Plenty of room to move around. Great size balcony, which was screened in and great for leaving the doors open. We went for Christmas week and it was quite cold, so A/C was not used, but the heat was! There were a lot of rules for not moving stuff and the couch was extremely uncomfortable, but the two side chairs were softer and a bit more comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was awesome. The condo is located near the pool, comes with a garage door opener so you can park underneath. Great area to ride your bikes. The one negative was the smell. As soon as you open the door, you get hit with a very musty smell that is in everything. This may be because the unit may not have been used recently. We sprayed Febreeze and it helped a bit. We had some trouble with the LR tv and called the owner about it. He is very friendly and tried to help, but his tech guy was out of town. You couldn't get the upper cable channels, such as TNT, TBS, LIFETIME, etc. I'm sure he'll have it fixed though. There is a DVD player and a Redbox just down the street. The beach is across the street from the south entrance, so very convenient.
We were more than pleased with the unit, the owner, the location, and that the taxes and cleaning fee aren't extra!!! We would definitely go there again. It's on the second floor and there is an elevator right across from the unit.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
