This charming 1920’s California bungalow is the quintessential Santa Barbara home.  Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just one mile from the Pacific Ocean framed by one of Santa Barbara most popular beaches, this retreat offers a quiet get away with all of the comforts of home.  

The beautifully updated kitchen is fully stocked right down to the spices.  It is a warm comfortable place to prepare your meals or just to pour a glass of wine.  Behind separate doors you will find a full sized washer and dryer should laundry be needed.  The adjacent dining areas large round table invites conversation and happy interaction amongst all of those who sit at it.

There are two full bedrooms and an extra office which could accommodate extra sleepers.  The two queen beds welcome you with their luxury linens and down comforters, just inviting you to a good nights sleep.  When it’s time to awake, there are  iPhone alarm clocks near the beds to charge your phones or to wake up as you are accustom to.  There are two full bathrooms allowing each bedroom their own bathing space.  

The living room is comfortable and offers a very cozy couch, gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV, with cable and DVD.  There is high speed wireless internet available throughout the home.  

Guests will surely take advantage of the multiple patios and decks available to them to enjoy their morning coffee or a glass of local wine at sunset.  The yard is private, spacious and fenced and offers the peaceful sounds of water coming from a lovely fountain.  There is a BBQ and heat lamps and several seating areas, and the best part is that the climate in Santa Barbara makes it possible to enjoy this all year round.  

Of of this is located just a mile from the center of Downtown Santa Barbara which is a special treat for anyone who has not been here before.  There is so much to do in and around our wonderful town and we have done our best to provide you with ideas and information available to you before or at your arrival.  This home is a welcome retreat and the perfect choice when deciding where you would like to stay in Paradise.
