Our flat is located in the historical center of Venice, only seven minutes walk from "Salon of Europe" Mark's Square and from Rialto Bridge.
The area offers a number of shops, restaurants and opportunities to explore Venice by gondola: The apartment is located behind Calle della Mandola, one of the most famous streets for shopping in Venice. Arts, culture, museums, Biennale, history, romance ... Venice has so much to offer! Around the corner, Fortuny Palace, one of the largest palaces in the city that houses in its first floor a famous museum. Two minutes walk far away, there's Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo, famous because of its spiral staircase.
Further, the apartment is located exactly between the two biggest and most important theaters of Venice, Teatro La Fenice and Teatro Goldoni.
The area is very elegant, chic and charming.
Our apartment offers, with its optimal location, the right mix between tranquility and proximity to the sights and the shopping opportunities. After a long day with countless impressions of the city you can relax in the cozy living room with an idyllic view of a garden, with a glass of Italian wine.
In our fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen, everything is available in the dining area.If you do not like to cook, no need to worry: the best restaurants in town are very close.
The apartment has a separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom.
It lies on the raised ground floor With a nice view on a garden (which is unfortunately another property!) and was completely renovated in 2011: The furniture and all facilities are new.

Linens and Towels Provided : We provide fresh bedlinen and bathroom towels (once per stay or once a week if you stay longer than 10 days). Please bring your own beach towels. No towels are permitted to be taken outside the unit. Optional bedlinen and towels supplementar change on request, 40 €.

Convertible Bed : it is a sofa bed which can sleep up to two persons, but needs to bed folded up in the day

Fees and Taxes

• Tourist tax 1,5 per person and per night for the first 5 nights of stay in Venice
• Cleaning fee 50 €

Late arrival extra fee 25 € between 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. No arrivals after 8 p.m.

Cancellation policy: free up to 3 months before arrival. Up to 1 month before 40%
Up to 1 week prior to arrival 70% of the total agreed price.
In the last week before the arrival 90% of the total agreed price; cancellations the day before arrival or no show: 100% of the whole rental price
