3 queen size beds, one is memory foam, linens supplied. 

Loft with TV (rabbit ears antenna, no cable), DVD player, 1.5 M wireless internet access, reading area, and desk.

2 car garage with 2 openers.

Weekly cleaning included.

Flat rates throughout all seasons saves you money and keeps it simple.

One week minimum.

A week is based on a 7 night stay. A month is 30 days.  NOTE: 6am check-in and 6pm check-out!  Relax!

Occupants limited to 6, vehicles limited to 4.

First half of total amount is due upon reservation, fully refundable 60 or more days before arrival date.  Not refundable after that unless property gets rented for reservation period.

Second half must be received two weeks before arrival date.   Not refundable unless property gets rented for reservation period.  It is recommended that you obtain travel insurance to protect your advance payments.

No damage deposit required.

State and local taxes apply.  11% for stays less than 30 days, but only 2% for stays of 30 days or longer.

Partially refundable cleaning deposit of $150 (at rate of $50 minimum, plus $15/hour) with difference refunded.
