After vacationing the past few years in the area, we purchased this Sea Breeze unit in July, 2011.
Direct Gulf Front condo in Maderia Beach with 180 degree view of beach. Spacious, bright 1,440 sq ft corner unit with open floor plan. Property has an enormous beach front, making the views breathtaking from your private balcony. Enjoy watching the dolphins and spectacular sunsets from the un-obstructed beach facing balcony or from the powdery white sands of the beach.
Large Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Grilling Area By Pool, Picnic Area, Shuffleboard Court, Bocci Court and Covered Parking. Outside area is clean and very well maintained.
Elevator has access code for guest use only.

This spacious condo has an updated, fully stocked kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and a serving island. Even a window over the sink with a gulf view! Plus....TWO coffee makers (for regular and decaf)
Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room have hardwood floors.....Living Room is complete with a new 40" flat screen HDTV and a blue ray player and stereo system, along with TWO sofa sleepers!
Master Bedroom has a deluxe pillowtop King Size bed with upgraded bedding, along with a 40" flat screen HDTV. Master Bathroom has his & hers vanities with separate sinks and mirrors. Oversized shower area and upgraded linens. Also, a balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway.
Second Bedroom has TWO queen size Heavenly Beds with upgraded bedding and a 32" flat screen HDTV and DVD/VHS player.
Condo has upgraded lighting with new ceiling fans in living room and both bedrooms....all ceiling fans are remote controlled. Brand new upgraded carpet in both bedrooms!

Walking distance to world famous Johns Pass, a tourist hotspot with over 100 shops and restaurants.....including Bubba Gumps restaurant, jet ski rentals, private boat rentals, parasailing, dolphin tours, inside mini-golf, live alligator attraction, ice cream and taffy shops and much more! There is also a public trolley which travels the entire beach front.
Cabana and umbrella rentals directly behind the Sea Breeze on the beach.
Publix and Winn-Dixie grocery stores with 10 minutes of building. 7-11 convenience store across the street.
A 40 minute drive to Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens. Twenty minutes to Tropicana Field.
