This beautiful condo offers 2 balconies, one off the main living area and the other off the master suite, both with fantastic sunset views! The master suite has a king bed with it's own private bath, while second bedroom has a twin and a full size bed also with a private bath. 

 There is also a queen size pull out bed for guests with all the linens. You're only steps away from the beautiful white sugar sands and emerald blue waters where you can spend the day swimming, looking for shells or simply set back and watch the waves come in while you relax in the sun. This complex is among the nicest on Pensacola Beach. The grounds are nicely kept. There is an onsite property manager, volleyball court and it is a safe complex with a nice mix of owner occupied units and vacation rentals.

Sales tax (11.5%), $100 cleaning fee not included in price.
Check-in time 3-5pm; check out time 10am.

RESERVATIONS: A minimum of 50% down per reservation is required at time of booking. Final rental payments are due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Each reservation is also subject to a $100 cleaning fee. Rent is taxable at state/local rate of 11.5% - Pensacola Beach.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of $50. Your prepaid rent less the cancellation fee will be returned if the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival for weekly and daily reservations, and 90 days or more prior to arrival for monthly reservations. All reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the entire advance payment. 

SECURITY DEPOSITS: We do require a refundable security deposit of $200, payable with final payment. This deposit will be refunded within fifteen (15) days of departure, providing there is no damage or theft to the unit and all policies and conditions are followed. All guests are required to sign this Guest Rental Agreement, acknowledging financial responsibility for damages or theft that may occur during occupancy. SMOKING IN THE UNIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY INCUR AN ADDITIONAL $500 IN CLEANING FEES.
