It has tranquil beach views from the large balconies, it's beautifully furnished, and has the amenities and finishes of newer construction since it was built in 2004. This is Florida Beach Living at it's Best!
This unit has an open floor plan with a fully stocked Gourmet Kitchen featuring Granite Countertops, State of the Art Appliances, and real Maple Cabinets. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, Walk in Closet, and it's own adjoining Bath. Other amenites of this unit are Tile Floors, Large Waterfront Balconies, High-Speed Internet and Cable, Flat Screen T.V.'s, Washer and Dryer in the unit, and Designer Furnishings.
The complex has a Beachside heated pool and spa, and BBQ gas grill. It's located in the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach which has great restaurants, bars with live music, surf shops, tennis courts, and all within walking distance.
It's also a short drive to the Tampa Airport 35 mins and all the Famous Florida theme parks such as - Disney World 1.5 hrs, Busch Gardens & Adventure Island 45 mins.
