This original Sears Roebuck house, built in 1926, features an enclosed southern exposure front porch, refinished hardwood floors in living and dining rooms, fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets, tile floors, and appliances, new washer and dryer, four bedrooms and two baths, and outdoor splendor with a beautiful, large wooden deck and playset for the kids’ entertainment!

This house combines the magic of a remote getaway with the convenience of a nearby highway and other attractions. Perfect for a romantic get-away, a scrapbooking weekend, a boating week, or simply want to experience nature at its best, you’ll find what you’re looking for. This pristine home boasts 4 bedrooms with plenty of space for 8 adults (1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds).  Top-notch, comfortable & cozy linens are provided on all of the beds and each bathroom has plenty of towels, washcloths, etc.  The living room is the perfect setting for some R & R with comfortable leather couches and cable TV.  The kitchen provides ample room for cooking with basic equipment and place-settings (plates, cups, utinsels, etc).   Located directly off of the kitchen is a large deck with ample seating and picnic table with umbrella, overlooking the lake! Perfect setting for an evening cook-out! Children's playset located in backyard, adjacent to the deck.

Plenty of parking space for boat trailers and RVs!

While this property is not directly located on the lake, it is within a short walking distance. The back deck provides a beautiful view of Rocky Fork Lake! Rocky Fork State Park provides rental boat slips and/or boat rentals. Please contact their marina office for cost.

Rocky Fork State Park is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts!  Unlimited horsepower boating allows for excellent skiing on the 2,080-acre lake which also provides catches of bass, muskellunge and walleye for skilled fishermen.  A scenic gorge, dolomite caves and natural wetlands add to the popularity of this recreation area.
