The condo is a second-floor, second-row unit with two decks and two views.  Relax on the ocean side deck with your coffee and see a spectacular sunrise over the ocean.  From the bedroom deck, enjoy a view of the sun setting over Carolina Beach Lake and walking trail. Rent paddle boats and canoes at the lake, or enjoy the Lake Park's Saturday morning farmer's market and craft sale and Sunday evening outdoor family movies.  An organic vegetable market is also within walking distance of the condo.  

The condo’s remodeled kitchen has a full-size cooktop and oven, refrigerator with icemaker and interior filtered water, undermount sink and garbage disposal, new dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, glassware (including wineglasses), and other needed utensils for cooking and dining.  This beach retreat is truly a  home away from home.  The galley kitchen is open to the living and dining area and has a bar area with extra seating for dining.

The condo is in an ideal location. Beside being very close to the beautiful beach and ocean, nearby attractions include the Fort Fisher Civil War Museum and the very popular North Carolina Aquarium.  A mile away, the Kure Beach Pier is a favorite place to enjoy spectacular ocean views and watch fishermen pull in the catch. The pier also rents fishing gear for those who want to enjoy fishing themselves.  You can also witness pelicans and gulls close up as they patiently wait for a hand-out from a generous fisherman.

The thriving port city of Wilmington, NC, is about 15 minutes away. Here you can enjoy the Historic RiverWalk with its unique restaurants, shops, walking tours, tour bus rides, carriage rides, and riverboat cruises. Also, here you can tour the USS North Carolina World War II Battleship and enjoy shopping and dining in the Cotton Exchange, a restored warehouse area with restaurants and boutiques.
