This 3 BR, 3-Full Bath Townhouse is located on Holiday Isle.  It is a NoN-Smoking townhouse that  
 
will accomodate up to 8 people.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This is NoT located on the beach, however with your stay, you have very short driving access to Free: 
 
 
Boat Launching Ramp/Boat Slip - You may launch your boat to this free location,  however you must 
  park your trailor at the townhouse.   
 
Private Beach:  1100 feet of private beach  
 
Beachside Snack Bar (Ricks Sand Trap):   Refreshments and Hot Food for your enjoyment! 
 
Lighted Tennis Courts 
 
Golf:  Bring your clubs and play the 9-hole 3-par golf course (complimentary).  Other 18-hole  
courses are located in Destin.

Activities and Attractions

The Track Amusement Park and Big Kahuna Water Park are within 1.5 mile of the townhouse.  Grocery 
 
shopping and Target are very close also.   
 
 
Scuba Diving Instruction/Charters and more:  Located approx. 2.5 miles.  Refer to divedestin 
 
 
Destin Commons Shopping Mall is approx 3.5 miles to the east and Silver Sands Outlet Mall is approx 
 
7 miles to the east. 
 
 
Movie Theaters and many excellent restaurants are in the immediate area.
