Maravilla, Exceptionally Equipped! in Destin

Maravilla is a private community of "low-rise" condominiums, beach
estates, and cottages. It's perfectly situated away from the crowds
and congestion associated with "high-rise" apartment buildings. Our
central location on Scenic Gulf Drive is convenient for shopping,
restaurants, and an abundance of activities. Pompano Joe's Restaurant
is approximately 1/4 mile east and is easily within walking
distance. Silver Sands Factory Outlet is a mere 10 minute drive east.
The newest shopping area, Destin Commons - lots of stores, great
cinemas - is a mere 5 minute drive west! Great Location!!

Unit #1202 is a second floor, non-smoking, gulf view condominium. The address is 2606 Scenic Gulf Drive for those wishing to mapquest the property.

This property reflects a casual Florida elegance in both style, comfort and
ambiance. Our unit is the second property on the southern end of
building one - which means it's closer to the Gulf! It's a mere 5-
minute walk to the beach from our front door!

***BOTH The Master Suite and Second Guest Suite features the luxury
of King-Sized Bedding*** with Plenty of Dresser space, closets, 
alarm clocks, telephones, and cable-connected HDTV'S and DVD players. The Master Suite also features sliding glass doors which provide easy access to the
30'balcony. There is also an answering machine located in the master
suite to ensure important messages are never missed.

The Third Bedroom is a bunk room favored by children of all ages yet
comfortable enough for adults. The Custom Built-in bunk consists of a lower
Full-sized mattress with an upper twin mattress.  There is a small wicker dresser located behind the door. A Cable Connected HDTV/VCR is also located in this room - *** which is RARE for Maravilla! ***While comparing, be certain to ask about this amenity!*** A hanging locker with room enough for suitcases is
located at the end of the bed. The tile and bead-board wall
surrounding the bunk compliments the decor.

The kitchen is exceptionally equipped with designer dinnerware, pots,
pans, cooking utensils, electric steamer, lobster pot, blender,
coffee maker,toaster, small food processor, popcorn popper, crock
pot, waffle maker, and much more. The dining area seats six
comfortably with 2 bar stools for additions at the kitchen/bar area.
There is also a full-sized, stackable washer/dryer located in the
kitchen area.

A queen-sized sleeper/sofa is located in the living area along with 2
leather, swivel/recliners with ottomans. There is a 42" HDTV with DVR located on the wall.  Enjoy your favorite shows AFTER you've enjoyed shopping or a day at the beach!  A Sony stereo/CD/cassette system is provided as well as a DVD, wireless internet connection, video library, and assorted games.

Sliding glass doors provide additional access from the living room to
our 30 foot balcony. A Bar- Height table and 4 comfortable bar-height
chairs provide wonderful Gulf Views, not interrupted by balcony
railings!

**Our property is definately not a "Bare Bones" vacation rental!**
Maravilla has an exceptionally beautiful 2.5 acre Private Beach.
*** During your stay, our seasonal beach attendant will take care
of "set-up" and "break-down" of one beach umbrella and 2 chairs. It's
reserved JUST FOR YOU! This service is Complimentary! Wow! Fun in the
sun just doesn't get much easier!

The Maravilla property also has 2 pools, one of which is seasonally
heated, hot tub, 2 tennis courts, exercise room, and shuffleboard
court. There are also several elevators which are conveniently
positioned near our unit.

**LESSEE(renter)must be 25 years of age to enter into lease agreement
which requires lessee's occupation and supervision of all guests
during the lease term.**
**ABSOLUTELY, NO SMOKING!

2 pools, one seasonally heated, hot-tub, tennis courts, exercise
room, shuffleboard, private 2.5 acre beach, refrigerator/freezer, ice-
maker, dishwasher,garbage disposal, electric stove, full-sized
stackable washer/dryer, 4 HDTV'S, 4 DVDS, Sony stereo
system, 4 telephones, High-Speed Internet, answering machine, balcony
with table, chairs.

 
Linens and towels are furnished, but our guests are REQUIRED to bring
their own beach towels!

Biking, Swimming, Snorkeling, Scuba, Surf, Pier, or Deep-sea fishing,
Shopping, Restaurants, Water Park and Aquarium are nearby.

Spring Break - $1000/wk/$170/nt (March 15 - April 8) - total $1226.50 wkly 
Spring - $ 895/wk/$150/nt (April 9- June 3) - total $1109.43 wkly 
Summer - $1400/wk (June4- August 5) Weekly Only! Sat. to Sat.
Late Summer - $ 895/wk/150/nt (August 6-October 31) - total $1109.43 wkly
Fall/Winter - $600/wk/100/nt (November 1- December 31) total $780.50 wkly

*Totals reflect weekly rental which includes cleaning fee and tax

*Nightly rentals must add:  $100 cleaning fee and 11.5% FL Tax
