This beautiful home is perfect for a family or 3 couples.  It is located just steps from the bay and a short  walk to the beach.
The family room/ kitchen is a big open room with a sunny courtyard off of it.  The living room and dining area are beautifully furnished with a lovely little patio just steps from the bay. There is a full bath on this level.
Upstairs the large master bedroom has a queen size bed, private bath and balcony with views of the bay.  Two other bedrooms have full size beds and share a hall bath.  There is a large bonus room with a double futon along with a big screen TV, yoga library and treadmill .  For a child or 9th adult  there is an office with a convertible single bed. 
The roof top deck is very sunny with chase lounges perfect for sun bathing or just enjoy the panoramic views and a glass of wine. 
This location is perfect for walking or bicycling from the "wedge" to both  Balboa and Newport piers. The house has plenty of beach towels and  beach toys for a day at the beach.
Walk to the "fun zone" and take the ferry over to Balboa Island.

Linens provided, washer/ dryer, air conditioning, off street parking, kitchen fully appointed with everything you need, cable TV, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, 1 double futon, 1 single pull out bed

Swimming, surfing, body boarding at the famous "Wedge", walk to the fun zone, rent bicycles, Golf and Tennis near by.

30 minutes from Disneyland, 10 minutes from Huntington Beach, 20 minutes from Laguna Beach.
