This beautiful, tree-framed villa estate is professionally managed with 24/7 on-call access.

Family Friendly - This luxurious home features two suites with a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths, sleep up to 14 guests. The grand master suite has king bed, private tub & shower, walk-in closet and walk-out patio door. The second suite has King bed as well and the third suite has a queen. The fourth, fifth and six bedrooms have twin beds each. The living room couch opens up as a queen sofabed for additional sleep accommodation. Our villa is also baby privileged, with a crib, a high chair and a stroller. Seniors walk effortlessly around the leveled layout. The laundry facility refreshes your clothes for a week-long stay. With its fully equipped kitchen, the villa affords you alternative family dinning options while homeaway. 

Entertainment - Following a fun day at the Parks, you may extend the fun in the villa’s spacious game room stocked with billiard and air hockey tables. Weekly rates includes the tax and cleaning fee.

The above daily rates subject to lodging tax of 13% and are for up to fourteen people including children and babies. 

There is an end of stay cleaning fee of $110 for 6 nights or less. 

A non refundable booking deposit $200/week is required when you make a reservation. This is part of the payment towards the rental. Balance is due 60 days before arrival.

Reservations made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required.

Pool heat is recommended from October to May and our rate is $25 per day or $120/week. BBQ is $55/week.

Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive the deposit and the return of a completed booking form.

A security deposit is required for all reservations. You may either pay a $300 refundable security deposit or $55 non-refundable damage waiver.
