Sleeps 7 (maximum 6 adults). The home has soaring 15' ceilings w/open, single-level floor plan w/split master. Eat-in kitchen with island features 3 counter stools and dining table for 6. There are 5 flat panel TVs throughout, games, books, table tennis, air hockey, bicycles and more for entertainment. The backyard offers a private heated outdoor pool with water feature, built-in BBQ, grass play area, professional landscape lighting and plenty of comfortable patio furniture for relaxing outdoors.
Surrounded by world class golf, fine dining and shopping. Close to Loop 101, minutes to Pinnacle Peak Park and the McDowell Sonoran Preserve for hiking. $1000 security deposit plus a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee are required. Pool heating is optional for an additional $40/night.
