Seabreeze Cottage in Weeki Wachee

We do not rent for less than TWO WEEKS at a time. Please do not inquire unless you are planning to PAY FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS! NO EXCEPTIONS! Book your summer or fall vacation now! Two bedrooms with two baths, fully furnished and newly renovated cottage located on one of the Weeki Wachee River canals. Boat ramp, dock, and 3 person canoe provided for your use on the premises. Home has a screened in porch and carport, laundry room and dishwasher for your convenience. Laminated Wood floors throughout, freshly painted, new windows and appliances in excellent condition. Oct-April rates are $1,300 per month.  May-Sept rates are $1,000 per month. Reductions considered for multiple consecutive months.

All utilities included are Electricity, Water, Sewer, Trash pick up twice weekly, cable, internet & telephone service for continental united states calls. Fully furnished with one queen bed and one double bed, two televisions with cable tv. Internet access available on-site. Laundry room with washer & dryer, all appliances, pots, pans, dishes, silverware and many other amenities in the fully stocked kitchen. Towels & Linens provided. Just bring your beach clothes, suntan lotion and stop by the grocery market on your way and you're all set! No Pets allowed, no exceptions.

Close to shopping, beaches, local restaurants. Weeki Wachee State Park and the mermaids too! One hour drive to Tampa with Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, Museum of Fine Arts, Performing Arts Center, Clearwater's Pier 60 with lots of activities. Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and historical sites to be seen at your leisure. Golf Courses nearby, Homosassa Springs with the Manatee tours, snorkeling, diving and great fishing for fresh and salt water fish lovers. Also a 2 hour drive to Orlando for a day trip or overnight stay for all the Theme Parks to please every interest.

No rental periods can be LESS THAN TWO WEEKS! Multiple and consecutive month discounts will be considered. One week security deposit for a two week rental period. One half month security deposit for monthly rentals. $75 cleaning fee for all rentals per tenant. Maximum of 4 people with an occassional overnight guest may be allowed in the home at one given time. There is NO pull out bed on the premises. Hotels are available nearby for guests staying more than a few nights.  NO PETS under any circumstances will be allowed on the premises. No smoking inside the home.
