Three bedroom, 1 bath, country home on 1/2 acre lot (Lynndale Community).  Sleeps 6, master bedroom has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has two twin beds, family room/bedroom#3 has a queen size sofa bed.  Cozy sitting area for relaxing after a long day of fun, or lounge in the living room, and plan your next days activities.  Fully stocked kitchen, tv in family room and living rooms, dvd player in living room, along with stereo system.  Games and toys at the home for the young ones.  Washer & dryer on premises.  Large yard  with fire pit for family picnics and campfires to relax by.  Both charcoal & electric bbq's for your outdoor cooking pleasure.  Covered outdoor entertaining area.  Picnic tables & chairs provided.  Short walk to the lake from your retreat.  Free community boat launch to wonderful Lake Wallenpaupack.  (No steep steps to walk down!)  Swimming, fishing & picnic area at waters edge.  Close to many Pocono attractions.  Pets allowed with additional security.  No smoking inside home.  Check in after 3pm, check out is before 11 am.  Late check out fee of $75.00 will be deducted from secuirty if guests do not check out on time. A $100.00 deposit required to secure reservation. Security deposit of $350.00 due prior to check in, (with final vacation payment) and will be refunded following an inspection after check-out.  No reservation is held until signed contract & deposit is rec'd.  $100 cleaning fee will be charged if home is not left in "next guest" ready upon your departure.  Call TODAY to book you great family get-away.  Credit cards accepted, payment through PayPal, only.
