Vacation Rental Description

A spacious single level family-friendly home in beautiful Arch Cape (4 miles south of Cannon 
Beach).  Immaculate, fully-furnished home comfortably sleeps 8.  Features fenced yard and superb 
ocean views from living room, master bedroom and west deck.  Great for storm-watching or cozying up 
with a good novel.  Easy beach access one block west.  Stroll the nearly private beach and explore 
the tidepools with starfish, crabs, and sea anemones at both ends of the beach.  

Guest room separate from main living area includes private bath, kitchenette (extra stove and oven 
comes in handy when cooking those holiday meals), cable TV, and queen bed.  Perfect for in-laws or 
second couple.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Master bedroom furnished with a king bed.  2nd bedroom has a bunkbed and a trundle bed.  Separate 
guest room has a queen bed.  Sofa bed in living room offers additional sleeping accomodations.

Spacious utility room includes sink, washer, dryer, and iron.

Modern well-equipped kitchen, full bath off main living area, wood-burning fireplace (firewood 
provided), cable TV/DVD, phone (with free long-distance), wireless internet, gas BBQ and patio 
furniture.

Port-a-crib and high chair available.  Lots of games, books, puzzles, etc.  Children will enjoy 
sandbox and swing in yard.

Linens, paper and soap supplies provided.

Activities and Attractions

Arch Cape is a quiet, non-commercial neigborhood situated 4 miles south of Cannon Beach.  The 2 1/2 
mile long secluded beach offers tide pools, sea caves, waterfalls, flowing creeks and long stretches 
of isolated sand.

Hiking trails, surfing, and state parks, are just moments away.  Golf, art galleries, restaurants, 
cultural events, boardwalk and shopping are all located close by in neighboring communities.

There is a small but well-stocked store and deli located in Arch Cape (get there early in the day to 
get one of the to-die-for brownies) with larger shopping centers located in nearby Cannon Beach, 
Manzanita and Seaside.

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter rate of $149/night valid November 1st - Mid-March, excluding holidays.  Winter Special: Every 
3rd night free based on 2 nights at "Value Season" rate.

Value Season rate of $169/night Mid-March - Mid-June & October.  7th night free.

Summer rate of $245/night valid Mid-June - September 30.  Generally, there is a seven night minimum 
during the busy months of July and August, though exceptions are sometimes possible for last minute 
bookings.

Cleaning fee $120
Refundable security deposit $200
8% County room tax
