This is a magnificent, tropical home very close to downtown Naples
and the beaches. The list of upgrades is truly stunning. Granite and
hickory kitchen, soaring ceilings, hardwood and tiled floors, luxury
linen and towels. The superb lanai is a particular feature, with
comfortable seating and dining areas, and leads to the exceptionally
large pool.
This home is set in peaceful, exotic gardens. You are surrounded by
tropical vegetation on all sides, colorful butterflies fly by,
squirrels hop from tree to tree and the only sound is that of the
birds.
There are two master suites, each with access to the lanai. All
three bathrooms have been upgraded, with the first master bath being
exceptionally luxurious. Every consideration has been given to your
comfort - the local paper is delivered daily, there's a hammock in
the garden, everything is of the highest quality. For these reasons
we ask for careful guests only please.
