The Beachcomber's Delight, 5 Minutes to Sand! in Pacific City

This cozy family beach house offers plenty of space for the whole family! The house is a short walk to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Oregon coast! The home is located in the beautiful Kiwanda Shores neighborhood close to the Pelican Pub Brewery and Restaurant and the Cape Kiwanda sand dunes and Marine Garden.

The home offers four bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen, one with a full and one with a bunk bed that has a full bed on bottom and a bunk on top so it comfortably sleeps 9 in beds. There are two large common areas. The game and TV room is downstairs and it is highlighted by a full size pool table that provides hours of family fun!

The upstairs has a full kitchen and a relaxing living and dining area that provide a great open atmosphere for everyone to gather. Since all of the activities are kept in the common space downstairs, it provides a nice balance. There is also a deck with a charcoal grill on the top level next to the kitchen so it is easy to prepare a meal all on the same level.

The house is only 1/10 of a mile from the beach access point and you can easily walk along the beach to the Pelican Pub or the grocery store. The Stimulus cafe across from the Pelican Pub offers free wifi throughout the day. The beach is a long stretch of golden sand and there are even a couple of boogie boards that are available for guest use!

While the house sleeps up to 10 total, there is a maximum of six children allowed to allow for adequate adult supervision.
