Very cute little house

Pamsc (South Carolina)
Review submitted: March 29, 2013   Date of arrival: March 15, 2013

As a place to stay in the winter this little house is completely quiet and very comfortable. The heater heats the place up nicely (so long as the bedroom door is open). The kitchen has all the basics--we cooked some excellent fish. The house was clean and well supplied and the owner was organized and helpful.

Over the weekend my daughter and I explored Plymouth and the surrounding area, which was a real pleasure before the crowds. I highly recommend going for breakfast to Perseys (on the way to the highway or in town) if you like corned beef hash. When she went back to school I ended up snowed in one day, and it was just the quiet time I needed. I had one day of business in Boston and I drove half an hour to Braintree and took the MBTA into the city. The parking garage was full when I got there, but I am told that the garage in Quincy almost never fills up.

Recommended for: age 55+, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Owners response: Thanks for your comments and we are glad you enjoyed yourselves. FYI there is a train (Red Line) less than a mile from the property that will take you directly into South Station in the heart of Boston so no need to drive so far, in fact its close enough to walk.

Winter Cozy !!

mimisusan (North Port Florida)
Review submitted: January 31, 2013   Date of arrival: December 20, 2012

Even in the winter months, this is a wonderful cozy, cute bungalow with a beach across the street with a park. The Kingston Mall is just minutes away, as well as shopping and restaurants. Plymouth Harbor is very close by. We were thrilled to be so close to the highway also, as we had to travel to Hingham almost daily. I can imagine during the summer it is a paradise. I especially loved the heater in the bathroom! The loft would be perfect for my two grandchildren if they come with me sometime. They would love the beach!

Fantastic Accomodations

Jas W (Sun City Center, FL, USA)
Review submitted: July 5, 2012   Date of arrival: January 15, 2012

Rented house during offseason for daughter in need of immediate relocation. Owner most accomodating to circumstances. Daughter loved house. We extended our stay twice rather than relocate. Interior was fully functional. Exterior offered walk to water and park in minutes. Short distance to highway. Highly recommend.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
