This is a beautiful newly remodeled beachside 2 bedroom condo only a 1/2 block to the Atlantic Ocean in Flagler Beach and the Pier! This is the perfect unit for a vacation getaway! It features 2 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds, 1 full bath and full kitchen. The unit has new carpeting and tile, new kitchen cabinets, full refrigerator, convection oven, cook top and granite countertops. The unit is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool area with a great outdoor sitting area. This unit is only accessible by steps. 

This is a small (11 units total)gated community. Tropically landscaped pool in the center with sauna, exercise room and free laundry facilities located on the ground floor.  High speed wireless internet or wire connection at no additional cost.  The unit is fully furnished with all kitchenware, sheets, towels, etc.  Just bring your fishing poles, golf clubs and beach towels and chairs!  Plenty of great fishing in the ocean or intercoastal waters,several luxury golf courses within minutes and plenty of great uncrowded beaches.

The beach and Flagler Pier are only a 1/2 block away with a central downtown Flagler Beach location.  It is an easy walk to many restaurants, shop's and the Farmer's Market every Friday & Saturday. 
You are only about 30 minutes from Daytona Beach or St. Augustine and an 1 hour from Orlando or Jacksonville. Disney World is 1 1/2 hours.

$125 nightly rate or $800 weekly rate/$1600 monthly plus 11% tax.

Cleaning fee is $80.

We also require a $200 refundable damage deposit that will be returned as long as the unit is left in the condition it was rented. 

We will take the $200 damage deposit to guarantee your dates and full payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
