Located on the east side of Lake Livingston, this lovely two-story condo features a magnificent sunset view from the patio. With two queen beds, two twin beds that can be converted to a king, and a futon that converts to a bed, eight people can sleep comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped, just bring your food! The lower level hosts one bedroom, one bathroom, the kitchen, eating and living area. The upper level hosts two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a stacked washer/dryer.

This condo is equipped with a blow-dryer, coffee maker with coffee supplies, toaster, blender, microwave, full size electric oven/stove, full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, bottled water, bath towels, sheets, kitchen linens, two camp chairs, and a clothes iron. Dish detergent and laundry detergent are supplied.

The condo has a fishing pier with boat slips for day use in the "back yard." The community offers a playground and boat ramp. Nearby on the Indian Hills Peninsula boat and jet ski rentals are available at NiceBoats. Check out their website. If you've had your fill of fun in the sun (or the weather turns inclement), check out the city of Livingston. There are many great restaurants and fast food is also available. There is also plenty of shopping--antique malls and quaint shops are abundant along with retail stores. The city of Livingston is located at Highway 190 and Highway 59. Livingston also has Livingston Trade Days the Fri thru Sun before the third Monday of each month in Pedigo Park. Thirty miles east of Livingston in Woodville, TX there is an Indian Village. Thirty miles west of Livingston is Huntsville, TX where the famous statue of Sam Houston sits on Highway 45.

Peak Season Rates Apply with a three night minimum: Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Holiday, Christmas Holiday, and New Year's Holiday require 3 night minimum
Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 12:00 p.m. (later by prior arrangement if available)
A deposit will be required to hold your reservation, which will apply to your payment. A separate security deposit will be required which will be refunded after confirmation that no repairs/replacements will be required after your stay.
There is a separate $75 cleaning fee which you will pay directly to the cleaning service.
