Beautiful 3 bedroom San Marino model designer home is located in The 
Villages just minutes from the main square. This 1648 sq ft home 
sits on a corner lot in The Villages of Mira Mesa. The Master 
bedroom has a queen size bed, the 2nd guest room has 2 twin beds and 
the 3rd bedroom has 2 rollaway beds.  Formal Living Room/Dining 
Room, Enclosed Florida room with sofa and loveseat, dining table & 
4 chairs and entertainment center with TV. Screened lanai on back of 
home. Garage also has screen doors. GOLF CART INCLUDED!  All 
utilities are included in the rental price. Check calendar for availability.  
Central heat/air, Cable, 2 TV's, 
VCR, DVD, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refridgerator with 
Ice Maker, Linens, Washer & Dryer.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include Free golf on 20 executive courses. The 9+
championship courses require a fee. There are 3 Olympic-size pools 
as well as 9 Adult pools and 5 Family pools, two smoke-free 32-lane 
bowling alleys, 2 polo fields, 4 softball fields, billiard tables, 
many excellent restaurants, shopping areas, supermarkets, churches,  
two 8-screen movie theaters,
nightly entertainment on the 2 Town Squares, dancing, several tennis 
courts, boccie, shuffleboard, etc. The Villages Regional Hospital as 
well as medical services are also located in the community, which 
also has it's own TV and Radio stations as well as it's own daily 
Newspaper and Chamber of Commerce.  This is truly a self-contained 
gated community.

Activities and Attractions

We are located approximately 1 hour north of Orlando and all the 
Disney attractions, including The Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, 
Universal Studios, Epcot, Sea World, etc. We are also approximately 
1 hour from Daytona Beach.

The Villages charge a $50.00 processing fee for 2 guest passes. 
Executive golf courses and recreational pools are free with a guest 
pass.  And with your guest pass, you can also pay a reduced rate to 
play at the Championship golf courses and gain entrance to the 
Country Club swimming pools.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer & Fall  Specials: 
May - October 2008     $  1,300.00/monthly plus tax
                       $   525.00/weekly
                       $   975.00 -2 week Special 

November - December 2008  $1,900.00/monthly plus tax
                          $700.00/weekly plus tax
                          $1250/ Two week special

Home already booked for Jan. - March 2009

January-March 09       $  2,650.00/monthly rentals only(Already booked)
April 09               $  2,000.00/month
                       $   750.00/weekly 


*  Rent shall be paid two weeks IN ADVANCE of your check in date, if paying by check; or you may pay 
with cash, cashier’s check or money order on your check- in date.
* 7% Florida Sales Tax and 4% tourist bed tax applied to total.   
* $500.00 reservation/security deposit.
* There is one time cleaning fee of $75.00 that is taken out of the security deposit. The rest of 
the security deposit ($425) will be returned in about 2 weeks after your departure date as long as 
the walk thru is satisfied.
*If you bring your pet we require a $150.00 nonrefundable fee per pet. 
Size & breed restrictions apply.
*The Villages charge a $50.00 fee for ID cards to use their 
facilities.
*We do not accept credit cards.
