Comfortably sleeps 8 people with a king, queen, two twin beds and a trundle bed that accomodates two. The open floor plan consists of vaulted ceilings, dramatic window openings, hardwood floors and a gas fireplace in the living, kitchen and dining rooms. The kitchen is fully equiped for the chef of the day with upscale appliances and breakfast bar.
Conveniently located in the heart of the Historic Town of Telluride; 1.5 blocks from town amenities, including all restaurants, bars, cultural events, concerts and shopping. Town Park (home to the summer festival capital of the southwest including Bluegrass, Jazz, Wine and Blues & Brews Festivals - to name a few), chair 8 and Gondola are a very short stroll to all activities and skiing. Our spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated residence is ready for occupancy and includes one covered and one on street parking pass.

Being a small town has its advantages from being able to walk or ride cruiser bikes every where to finding small cozy restaurants and bars that serve up delicious food. We love living here and know you will enjoy vacationing here as well!
