covered carport.  Enjoy watching the sailboats and yachts go by and the lovely views of the canal 
while relaxing in your private screened lanai.  Or take a dip in the heated pool, overlooking the 
canal.

Adult community in a quiet neighborhood, nice for walking or biking.
