This beautiful home is on a quiet street with a two car garage and a large master suite. You can enjoy fresh grapefruit, oranges, lemons, and limes from the fruit trees right outside the lanai. It has a large back lanai with a swimming pool that overlooks the golf course and water feature. The golf course is a par 61 executive course. The larger community pool is right a across the street. There are four televisions throughout the home. The master suite has it's own tub, separate shower (with entrance to the pool) and a King Size bed. The Guest Bedroom is next to a bath that can be closed off for privacy. This room has a comfortable queen bed and can accommodate visiting grandchildren. The den room contains a 30″ HDTV The den has a hide-a-way bed for
overnight guests.
In addition there is a large combination dining room area for entertaining and a separate breakfast area which seats four. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking equipment and utensils. The laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The Lanai overlooking the Golf Course has two tables for enjoying meals outdoors and lounge chairs next to the pool. The Villages at Country Creek are in the small town of Estero conveniently located between Interstate 75 and Highway 41 midway between Fort Myers and Bonita Springs. It is 10 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport (Fort Myers/RSW). The Villages are off of the Corkscrew and Three Oaks Parkway intersection. Nearby are the Miramar Shopping Center, Germaine Arena, Florida Gulf Coast University and the Koreshan State Historical Site located on the banks of the Estero River. The Coconut Point shopping center with more than 125 stores and Golf Coast Town Center are a short drive away. The Villages of Country Creek is a 283 acre country club community. It has a playable course which offers enjoyment for the novice as well as challenges for the avid golfer. Off the course activities include tennis at the Har-Tru, tennis courts or a swim in one of the five heated pools.
The clubhouse features a restaurant, a large screened lanai overlooking the creek, a fully stocked pro shop, locker rooms, a Nautilus equipped fitness center, card room, and billiard room. The communities owned TV channel and monthly paper will keep you informed of various activities including golf events for the men, women, and couples, pool exercises, clubhouse games of Bridge, Mah-Jong and Scrabble.

Security deposit and 50% of the rental fee is required at the time of
contract signing. The balance is due 60 days prior to the rental
month.
