New Smyrna Beach is located approximately and hour and a half from all Orlando theme parks. We are 45 minutes away from the Kennedy Space Center and 20 minutes away from the Daytona Speedway for all NASCAR events. If you want to play locally, there are plenty of activities to keep you busy in our quaint little beach town. Aside from fishing, surfing, sailing and swimming, there are two main streets in New Smyrna Beach. One with many fine antique shops and a real '50s soda fountain, as well as the beachside main road, Flagler Avenue, packed with boutiques, restaurants and bars all located in converted old homes. Oh, and let's not forget the many gorgeous golf courses in the area for your playing pleasure!!!

This property is available for monthly rentals except for Bike Week, Race Week and Biketober Fest. Email to check for availability and weekly rates for those weeks.
Price includes local telephone, wireless internet, cable tv, water, electricty, waste pick up and yard maintenance
In addition to rental rate, we must charge 12.5% tax (6.5% Fl Sales Tax and 6% Tourist Development Tax)
Also in addition to rental fee there is a departure cleaning fee of $100.00.
