of which is heated. There are 2 golf courses, one a championship and
the second an executive. Clubhouse features a restaurant, cocktail
lounge, gameroom, library, bocci courts, and tennis courts.
Development is very nicely maintained and close to Clearwater Beach,
and Tarpon Springs Beach. Washer and dryer right outside door and
coin operated. Condo is fully equipped and furnished, just bring
food and beverages. Telephone set for local calls only.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Two pools, one heated. Two golfcourses, one championship, one
executive. tennis courts, driving range, bocci courts, beaches
nearby, all major shopping and dining within minutes of complex.

complex.
Vacation Rental Rates
December 1 thru March 31 = $1,350 per month. (Nonrefundable $500.00 Three month minimum rental
required for January thru March.

April 1-June 30 = $1,100 per month ( Nonrefundable $500.00 required
to hold)
August 1 thru November 30 = $1,000 per month ( Non refundable $
500.00 required to hold.)
