located across the street from clubhouse which features 2 pools, one
of which is heated. There are 2 golf courses, one a championship and
the second an executive. Clubhouse features a restaurant, cocktail
lounge, gameroom, library, bocci courts, and tennis courts.
Development is very nicely maintained and close to Clearwater Beach,
and Tarpon Springs Beach. Washer and dryer right outside door and
coin operated. Condo is fully equipped and furnished, just bring
food and beverages. Telephone set for local calls only. Free WIFI located across street in Starbucks and Panera. tenant can contact cable provider and arrange internet service in condo for a monthly fee.

executive. tennis courts, driving range, bocci courts, beaches
nearby, all major shopping and dining within minutes of complex. Seasonal memberships are available to purchase from the association. Tenants can pay walk on fees for golf. Seasonal memberships are available to tenants at fees set by the country club. Tenant must inquire at clubhouse.
