Vacation Rental Description

Quaint, fun cottage condominium unit located across from the beach.   
Garden setting with heated outdoor pool and picnic areas.  Only a  
short walk to the beach.  A great place for a family vacation or a  
romantic getaway.  Shop and dine at the world famous St. Armands  
Circle.  Master bedroom has KING size bed and small bedroom has  
bunks with a DOUBLE on the bottom and SINGLE on top.  Living room  
has a comfortable DOUBLE bed futon.  Extra large wall length closet  
and 2 dressers in the master bedroom. Small bedroom does not have  
closet but includes a small cupboard and shelves.

Vacation Rental Amenities

A/C,two TV's with cable , DVD player, 3 private outdoor Lanai  
areas with tables and chairs,2 adult beach bikes, lawn and picnic  
area, full kitchen with microwave, convection oven, and dishwasher.   
Answering machine, washer and dryer in complex.  Wheelchair access.

Biking, kajaking, canoeing, swimming, walking, jogging, shopping,  
dining, Ringling Art Museum, Pelican Man Bird Sanctuary, Mote Marine

Season(January-April)                   $3400/Month   $1095/week 
Pre-Season(Nov. & Dec.)and Holidays     $2800/month   $995/week 
Off Season (May-October)                $1700/month   $895/week

50% rental deposit required to book reservation.  Balance of rental and security deposit required 30- 
60 days prior to arrival date.  No refund for late arrival or early departure.
