New cottage beautifully decorated with all new furnishings, open deck overlooks the pool, sleeps six, fully equipped oak cabinet eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, open floor plan, ceiling fans in every room as well as air conditioning.  The cottage is a great place to relax out on the deck or sit by the pool.  Master bedroom has queen size bed.  Children's room has a double wide bunk bed on bottom and a single on top.  Living room has a comfortable full size futon, cable tv and dvd.  Kitchen is fully equiped and has a stereo with ceiling speakers and brand new light fixtures.  The open deck is equipped with table and chairs for dining outside.  Gas grill included.   

Amenities at Beach Dreams include two adult pools, one children's pool, a jacuzzi, club house with fully equiped exercise room, game room, pool table, sitting room with large screen TV , showers-indoor and out, wireless internet service, tennis court, basketball hoop, bucci courts.

Beaches in Wells, Moody and Ogunquit are all a trolley ride away.  Ogunquit, which is two miles away, offers live theatre, boutique and antique shopping, the marginal way, museums, boat excursions, fishing and fine dining.  York, about five miles away, offers York Wild Animal Kingdom, which is a wonderful place to take the kids for the day.  Wells has miniature golf, adult golf, train/auto museum, movie theatre, lots of antiquing, beautiful beaches and many fine restaurants.  You will be in the heart of it all and never run out of things to do!

June 15th to June 30th ............................$900. per week

June 30th to Sept 5th..............................$1200. per week

Sept 8th to Oct 15th..............................$600. per week

Rates include cleaning and check-in fees.  They do not include 7% Maine sales tax.

A refundable security deposit of $350.00 is required.
