Beautiful patio for your morning cup of coffee! Quality Linens; sheets, towels, etc. Coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner hot plate, BBQ. Kitchen supplies and utensils. Beautiful New Washer and Dryer available for guests. Home must be left as found. Owner will do all bath & hand towels, wash cloths, sheets and pillow cases.

Narrow Gauge/Silverton Train. Near Mesa Verde National Park, Silverton historic mining town. Ouray, the "Switzerland of American" an incredible place to spend the day. Purgatory and Hesperus Skiing. Pagosa Hot Springs, approx. 1 hr away. The Animas River with all kinds of water sports; rafting, tubing, fishing, kayaking. Hiking of paved trails throughout town. Great for biking, jogging, walking, etc. So much to do and something for everyone. Fall colors, chili roast.

$98.00 to $199 NIGHTLY. Call or email for price quotes. $300.00 deposit for 2 - 3 guests. Refund is fully refundable if unit is left as found, including clean linens. New front loading washer and dryer available to guests. Any cleaning necessary after the first 1/2 hr will deducted from the deposit at $100.00 per hour. Any damages above and beyond the damage deposit will be the sole responsibility of the guests or tenants. Refundable deposit will be returned via US Postal Service within 7 business days to address provided by guest.
