It It has a fully equipped kitchen,great room with sceened in lanai. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It has a one car garage.There was newly installed heat/AC unit. There is a gas grill and 2 bicycles.

It has a 27 hole golf course with club house. Also there is a fitness center with tennis courts. There is a resort pool. It has a nice restaurant that overlooks the harbor.
activities and attractions in Punta Gorda Gulf Coast South
There are many things to do in Punta Gorda and surrounding areas: you can take an airboat ride, see a play at Broadway Palm in Ft. Myers(20 minutes away),go to Fisherman's village in Punta gorda. There is a Babcock Wilderness Adventure place to visit. Also the Shell Factory. There are a lot of nice places to eat. Of course there are several beaches to go to.
