1) A Security Deposit of EURO 950, which is fully refundable within
fourteen days of termination of occupancy provided that the real and
personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy
commenced, and all terms of the signed Rental Agreement are met.

(2) Our local property managers offer a Meet & Greet service to all
our guests on arrival at the apartment. They also provide a check
out report upon departure. The charge for this is EURO 80.00

(3) There is a Final cleaning of up to EURO 120.00.

(4) There is a weekly laundry / linen hire fee of EURO 35.00 per
person to cover the hire, washing, laundering and ironing.

(5) An allowance of EURO 25 per week for electricity consumption is
included in the rental paid - anything in excess must be paid
locally to our property managers, before departure, at a rate of
EURO 3 per k/Wh

Please note that we can arrange for a Welcome Food Pack to be
delivered to the apartment, prior to arrival, also baby-sitting and
additional cleaning / maid service are all available at extra cost,
payable locally.
