Palmetto Beach House across street from beach in Isle of Palms

This is the perfect house for your beach getaway! There is plenty of room for everyone and plenty of things to do in this tastefully decorated reverse floor plan house.  Directly across the street from the beautiful Isle of Palms beach. Sit on one of the decks and enjoy the ocean view. Take a swim in the full size pool. Cook in the gourmet, fully equipped kitchen or grill out on the deck. Play a game or watch TV in the game room directly off the pool. Enjoy a good book or a movie in the great room off the kitchen. This house is approximately 4000 square foot, has 6 bedrooms, two living areas, hardwood floors, fireplace, an elevator and a large private pool. There is 800 additional square feet of outdoor decks with a spectacular ocean view from the front porches.

On the lower level there is a Jack and Jill bath with two attached bedrooms one containing each containing two twin beds. Next, is a large bedroom with direct pool access and a private bathroom. This bedroom contains a king bed and serves as a second master bedroom. In the front of the house is a bedroom with a queen bed and a full private bath. The game room is equipped with a flat screen TV, wet bar, mini frig, ice machine and plenty of games and DVD’s. There is also a laundry room. The pool is on this level and a half bath is located just off the pool. The outdoor shower is perfect for washing off sand after a day at the beach.

On the upper level you can climb the stairs or take the elevator to the second floor where you will find a large, open kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops. The adjoining living room has a fireplace and flat screen TV with floor to ceiling French doors allowing great ocean views and comfortable seating. A dining area in addition to the kitchen island provides space for plenty at meals. This level has a large master bedroom with a fireplace and a small sitting area. An additional bedroom with twin beds is located just off the master, perfect for parents with young children. All linens are provided as well as beach towels.

Pets allowed only during off season, not May through September. Additional fees apply.
