Not only are you within walking distance to the restaurants located along Carmel Valley Road and great swimming at the Torrey Pines State Beach, but you also have the opportunity to experience one of those once-in-a-lifetime views of the ocean sunset!
If your goal is relaxing, you won’t be disappointed. Just sit and relax in the upper deck, or have some guests over just to have a good time. You can show them the beauty of San Diego, or the natural beauty of the reserve, located just behind this home.
This home was custom built, and also has had recent remodeling and new landscaping performed. You can bring your whole family – the home comfortably sleeps 11 people. If you bring the kids along and need some time to yourself, the master bedroom allows for additional privacy.
If the elegant style and panoramic view isn’t enough for you, keep in mind the home also is ideally located a short 10-minute drive from Torrey Pines Golf Course, downtown Del Mar, the Del Mar fairgrounds (active in late June and early July), and the Del Mar horse racetrack. No matter what your interest is, there’s something to do in the area. If you’re the active type, remember the Torrey Pines State Beach has extensive amounts of hiking trails available.
If the home is a little more than you need, it also has a private studio with its own entrance and deck, which can be rented out separately. If it’s not booked in advance, you can also have it opened up for an additional fee.
