Ixchel Condos are located on Isla's "North Beach", voted the second best beach in the caribbean. 
The Playa Norte sand is powdery white and cool to the touch while the calm shallow water is the most beautiful Turquise you have ever seen - just perfect for families with small children. The island is only a short 15 minute Ferry ride from Cancun, away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough if you care to participate.

This sleepy little island has turned into a Sophisticated European type destination with over 20 outdoor cafes within two blocks of the resort. Ixchel has an infinity pool, a poolside Palapa bar, Restaurant, Chaise Lounges and umbrellas on the pool deck and of course the incredible beach for guests to enjoy.

Two Bedroom Ocean Front Suite - 2 bedroom / 2 bath with living room and full kitchen. King size bed in master and 2 queens in 2nd bedroom. A huge wrap around balcony overlooks North Beach and is perfect for watching the sunset. Sleeps 6-8 

One Bedroom Ocean Front Suite - 1 bedroom / 1 bath with living room and full kitchen. King size bed and sleeper sofa in living room. Includes the balcony and sunsets. Sleeps 2-4

One Bedroom Ocean View Hotel Room - 1 bedroom / 1 bath, 2 queen size beds, Small Frig/Microwave/Coffee Maker/TV. Sleeps 2-4


Ixchel Staff
The resort offers a bi-lingual staff always happy to help with planning activities or answering questions, There is 24 hour security and key card access to all rooms. 

Completed in 2007.

The Master bedroom has a King size Bed and the second bedroom has two queen beds. Both bedrooms have LCD TV's and DVD players.

The bathrooms are Marble and Glass and a true retreat from a long day at the beach. Linens are provided (Including Beach Towels),

The family room is a great meeting area and has a 37" Sony LCD TV and leather seating. A pullout sofa allows additional flexibility.

The balcony is awesome!! A full wicker patio set plus two wicker Lounge chairs and cushions grace the huge wrap-around private patio overlooking North Beach.

Are rates are per night USD. Taxes and daily housekeeping are included. Extra beds are available for a small charge.

A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation with the remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. A cancellation fee may be charged if your reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
