Cottage by the Sea in Jacksonville Beach

This is a great place right by the ocean.  Just one block from the beach.  Walk outside and see the beach from the driveway. Plenty of room outback for a cookout with extra seating at the picnic table.  The living room has just been newly furnished with an overstuffed couch and huge recliner big enough for two. The living room is also equipped with the newest in flat screen technology, a smart T.V., with built-in Internet apps.  The entire house is "hot" with the fastest in wireless internet access. The two bedrooms sleeps up to five comfortably with a king size bed in the master and two single beds with a trundle for the fifth guest. Rental rates exclude holidays of July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.  For those dates and times contact the owner.  For monthly rentals, utilities NOT included.  A $125.00 administrative fee is added to all bookings.  This fee covers cleaning and insurance, and eliminates the need for any security deposit. There is mandatory 7% sales tax for all bookings less than six (6) months. This is not us, its the law. For the comfort of all our guests, PLEASE, NO SMOKING.
