north of downtown Rosarito beach, with private steps to a semi private  
beach.. 
fully furnished, nicely decorated, and very well up-kept.

Vacation Rental Rates

            
 
2 bedroom - 2 bath for groups of  2 to 6 pers. ( rent is $150.00  to  
$200.00 p/night depending on season.)   off season rates avail. 
 
3 bd. - 2 ba. for 8 to 10 persons ( rent is $300.00 to $350. p/night  
depending on the season.)  
                         BOTH VILLAS WILL GIVE YOU 
 6 bd.- 4 ba. for up to 15 persons rent is $400.00 to $500.00 p/night.  Ask for Off Season rates. 
 
A security deposit is required and is returned within the week of  
departure, complete.. providing there are no damages or extra guests. 
For larger groups, a villa 3 bd.-3 bath can be added to the package of 5  
bedroms to have a total  
of 9 bedrooms and 7 baths.. to sleep up to 24/25 persons. all villas  
are in same lot, and are built on the cliff, all have ocean front  
views. Rent is 650.00 to 1k. depending on season. security deposit is  
500.00 to 1k depending on group size and  bedrooms needed.
