Situated near the St. Augustine Pier on the shores of Crescent Beach, our ground-floor condo at Pier Point 37 couldn't have a better location for exploring the city and enjoying the serenity of the beach. Make it your home base for your next vacation!

You're just yards from the sugary sands of Crescent Beach, accessible via a private walkway, when you stay at Pier Point 37. This family-friendly condominium complex includes a big ocean view pool with plenty of surrounding area for sunbathing. And St. Augustine Pier is just a short walk down the beach, as is the Pavilion, site of many outdoor music events. You're really in the heart of the action here, yet when you stroll along the shore at twilight it can feel wonderfully peaceful and remote, too!

A patio runs the length of our condo, and here you'll find casual seating, a fresh sea breeze, and the murmur of the surf as your soundtrack. Come out here to update your Facebook status (you have free wireless Internet at Pier Point 37), savor a morning cup of joe, or simply take in the sight of pelicans soaring past to fish for their breakfast in the ocean. You may wind up carrying all your meals out here to enjoy in the balmy open air -- it's just so pleasant to be part of each new glorious day at the beach!

Wander indoors from the patio and you find yourself in our airy, open living and dining area, with plenty of very comfortable seating (including one couch that opens up into a bed for 2) and a TV in one corner. Throw the sliding glass door open to the patio to extend this space, or close it for privacy. There's plenty of room here for your whole gang to spread out and get comfortable.

Just beyond the living area is the dining room, with a table for 6 ready for fresh-caught seafood, homemade treats, or takeout from St. Augustine's fabulous restaurants. Or, if the patio has become your dining area of choice, convert this table into a game center and break out the Uno and Cranium!

The kitchen at Pier Point 37 is immaculate, well stocked, and very pleasant to work in. We've made sure you'll have all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to prepare and serve just about anything, and there's plenty of space in the fridge and cupboards for groceries. Stock up and enjoy drinks, snacks, and homemade meals anytime!

Our living and dining area is open and casual, great for keeping the group together. But the 2 bedrooms at Pier Point 37 are wonderfully restful and private, to ensure that everyone sleeps soundly and wakes up ready for another great day in St. Augustine.

The master suite is at the front of the condo, with sliding glass door access to the patio. You'll find a very comfortable queen-sized bed in here, along with a TV and an addictive easy chair for marathon beach-reading sessions. There is a nice view of the grounds here, and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and tub option. So nice to have a suite all to yourselves!

The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds, and shares the second full bath with the living and dining areas. All of the linens, pillows, blankets, and towel sets you need for every bed and bath at Pier Point 37 are provided, along with a washer and dryer for your use. So pack light, knowing that you can always quick-dry those swimsuits and beach towels!

You will love our condo at Pier Point 37. The location is ideal, whether you're on a golfing vacation, a sightseeing expedition, a beach trip, or a combination of everything. There's something for all ages to see and do within a 10-minute drive, and Crescent Beach is one of northeast Florida's nicest places to beachcomb, boogie-board, and splash in the surf. Plan to visit very soon!
