Welcome to our Timbernest Condo and its convenient location to the ski area and town. Located on the first street south of the Peak 9 high speed Quicksilver lift, the condo is one of the best options available for combining mountain and town access at a reasonable price. So park your car and enjoy Breckenridge for a fraction of the price of the Marriott and Hyatt properties located nearby on the same block.
The condo is a top (third) floor, two-story unit located on the mountain side of the complex. You will appreciate the bright, warm atmosphere created for the enjoyment of our family. We are conveniently located on the first street to the south of the Peak 9 hi-speed Quicksilver lift. The street is residential with local traffic only. A path just across the street leads directly to the ski area. Children can easily come and go on their own. It is an easy 5-minute walk to the Peak 9 Base area with the lift, Maggie Lodge, adult and children ski schools, and a day nursery for use by skier families.
Walk a block and a half to historic Main Street and Hyatt Main Street Station with their quaint shops and the best restaurants in town. Adjacent to the condo complex entrance is Columbine Association’s four large hot tubs and outdoor heated pool available for your free use. Our unit also has a whirlpool bath that feels like a million dollars after a hard day of skiing, hiking, biking, sightseeing, or just shopping.
This cozy, reasonably priced condo is ideal for one or two families or three couples. We have extensively refurbished our unit with new bathrooms, woodwork, furniture, beds, 3 flat screen TV’s, wireless internet, CD and DVD player, etc. The unit is fully furnished and equipped for you to have an enjoyable stay. We are happy to share “our place” with you when we cannot be there.

- Main-floor bedroom with one queen bed and an adjacent bath.
- Upstairs family suite with one queen bed in the bedroom. Walk thru the bedroom to the loft with a bunk bed that has a lower double and upper single bunk. There is also a single trundle underneath to squeeze in an additional child. The loft also has a small sitting area with TV and DVD. The bath is off the loft area. The upstairs suite is suitable for a family with up to four children.
- Living room couch that opens into a comfortable queen bed, if needed. (New springless mechanism with no sagging springs and no bar across your back.)
