Hurricane Sandy Damage Update, 11/17/12: After visiting the house, we have had some damage due to flooding which is mainly in the crawlspace, as a result the HVAC system will have to be replaced, the living area of the house was left alone; the grounds just has storm related debris scattered about. We will be up and running for the 2013 rental season, our street has weathered the storm better than most on the barrier island.

2/5/13 update; All house repairs are complete, new Hvac system is installed, we are ready for the 2013 season. Our beach association will be running with guards for the season.

with sidewalks and off street parking for three cars. Home has
three bedrooms (2-full, 2-twin) and a pull out sofa bed in living
room,total sleeping accomodations for eight. Two full bathrooms.
Full bath with a shower and a full bath with a tub enclosure.
Hot/cold outdoor enclosed shower. Linens NOT supplied.

Full size eat in kitchen, dining room, living room, large family
room, laundry room,
outdoor patio with furniture, gas grill, and clothesline.
NO SMOKING.
