Vacation Rental Description

This beachfront unit is on the Gulf of Mexico with a great view of 
the Gulf.  The condo is only 14 years old, in great shape, and 
includes everything your family might require to enjoy a comfortable 
stay.

The Beach Palms complex is well maintained and has a great court 
yard and pool/grill area.  It has direct access to the beach which 
you can walk on for several miles in each direction.  You are 10 
minutes from Clearwater pier and shopping district with the 
beautiful Gulf, tons of shopping and many restaurants to choose 
from.  You are also 10 minutes from Johns Pass, where you can enjoy 
all your water sports such as parasailing,wave runners, deep sea 
fishing, and much more.  You can relax and enjoy the beautiful 
sunsets from the condo or the beach.  You can also enjoy the 
dolphins and the pelicans at sunset as you enyoy a meal at one of 
the many fine restuarants on the intercoastal.

You are centered between Clearwater and St.Pete/s beach and the 
Clearwater/St.Pete airport is only 15-20 minutes away.
