Our 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1600 sq. ft. condo is located in the Mariott Hutcinson Island Beach Resort.  The beautiful Indian River Plantation is a 200 acre luxury property on the southern tip of Hutchinson Island in Stuart.  With southern charm and island beauty, our Ocean Terrace condo is a tropical paradise with resort amenities, only 30 miles north of the Palm Beach International Airport .

The resort features an 18 hole, par 61 golf course, a 12 court tennis facility, a 77 slip, full service, deepwater marina, and the Mariott Resort Hotel, all amidst the Atlantic's wonderland of natural beauty and seaside activities.

Ours is a quiet, seaside community with the luxuries of a major resort where you can relax and truely appreciate your surroundings.

Our spacious, corner condo has continual sliding glass doors on both the south and the west sides of the unit.  It faces the 15th hole of the golfcourse.  With 2 parking floors at Ocean Terrace, our 1st floor condo is an open space, nestled in the tops of the surrounding palm trees.

The unit is immaculate,  tiled throughout the living space, with wall-to-wall carpet in each bedroom for your comfort.  The kitcen, master bath, and guest bathroom have been recently renovated and redecorated with a designer's decor and high-end appliances.

We have all the modern  amenties, including  2 cable televisions, DVD player, Bose CD Wave radio, lovely, decorative linens and towels, and a true chef's kitchen facility.

The building, only steps from the ocean, has its own private walkway to the beach. You'll pass through the lovely, heated pool facility, with its spacious gazebo, barbeque, and beach bathrooms. Ocean Terrace is  always quiet and comfortable.

Indian River Plantation features 13  different pools, with hot tubs at the Marriott Sandpiper Hotel (sea side) and the central Mariott Hotel . There is a fitness center and bike rental facility at the raquet club.

In  the area, there are excellent restaurants, shopping, theatres,  and community activities. All water sports and boating activities are either onsite or available in downtown Stuart or nearby Jensen Beach.

Indian River Plantation, a central location in Florida, is accessible to Palm Beach (45 minutes) Disneyland (2 hours), Miami(2 hours),  and the Everglades(2.5 hours).

We will share our home with you during the month of March, 2013 for the sale price of $3900 since a recent cancellation has left an opening during this prime season.  The utilities and high speed internet service  are included in the cost of the rental.

We ask  $100 for a final cleaning fee and the necessary sales tax and Martin County tourism tax totaling 10.5%.

To reserve the unit, please send us one-third of the total rental cost and a $500 refudable security deposit. The final payment will be due two months prior to your arrival date.
